If you have heard about Quickfire Profits 2.0 you may be on the fence about becoming a member. Well, so am but before I continue let me give you a little detail on Quickfire Profits 2.0. It’s a monthly memebership site that costs you 49.95 a month except for a trial period that can be had if you visit the site and then attempt to close your browser window in which case up pops  (at least at the time of writing that is) an “Intellichat” window that tells you to click the cancel button for a discount.

I guess I haven’t actually given the 7 day $4.95 discount a go yet (although I probably should) because the sales copy isn’t really promising me anything I haven’t already heard, and after 7 days the price goes up to $49.00 a month. Now, if Quickfire Profits 2.0 were to turn out to be a great internet marketing membership site then that amount of money wouldn’t be out of line but I’m already a member of the Wealthy Affilate  membership site which is everything it’s cracked up to be, and can be had for $39.00 a month ($29.00 per month if you pay for a year in advance).

Now that I think about it, it could be that I haven’t purchased a Quickfire Profits membership yet because I’m just not sure that I need it at this stage in the game…No, I don’t think I know everything but a whateverI don’t know I can always find out in the Wealthy Affiliate forum (without suffering through any “attitude” mind you).

Okay, that’s my take on something I don’t own (yet), and the reasons why I don’t. I suppose I should go give the trial period a try before I rate this product but I’m not going to, and I”m not going to give it a whole lot of stars when I rate it like those other “review” sites would…Yeah, I’ll eventually probably give the trial period a “trial period” and I’ll post an update as to whether or not my assumpstions were correct.

For this same reason, doing the incorrect things in the Adsense and other forms of advertisements, whether deliberately or unintentionally, will result in a severe penalty, may get you banned and even have your account terminated. Nothing like a good action taken to keep wrongdoers from doing the same things again and again.

So for those who are thinking of getting a career in Adsense, do not just think of the strategies you will be using to generate more earnings. Consider a few things first before you actually get involved.

Hidden texts. Filling your advertisement page with texts to small to read, has the same color as the background and using css for the sole purpose of loading them with rich keywords content and copy will earn you a penalty award that is given to those who are hiding links.

Page cloaking. There is a common practice of using browser or bot sniffers to serve the bots of a different page other than the page your visitors will see. Loading a page with a bot that a human user will never see is a definite no-no. This is tricking them to click on something that you want but they may not want to go to.

Multiple submissions. Submitting multiple copies of your domain and pages is another thing to stay away from. For example, trying to submit a URL of an Adsense as two separate URL’s is the same as inviting trouble and even termination. Likewise, this is a reason to avoid auto submitters for those who are receiving submissions. Better check first if your domain is submitted already an a certain search engine before you try to submit to it again. If you see it there, then move on. No point contemplating whether to try and submit there again.

Link farms. Be wary of who and what are you linking your Adsense to. The search engines know that you cannot control your links in. But you can certainly control what you link to. Link farming has always been a rotten apple in the eyes of search engines, especially Google. That is reason enough to try and avoid them. Having a link higher than 100 on a single page will classify you as a link farm so try and not to make them higher than that.

Page rank for sale. If you have been online for quite some time, you will notice that there are some sites selling their PR links or trading them with other sites. If you are doing this, expect a ban anytime in the future. It is okay to sell ads or gain the link. But doing it on direct advertisement of your page rank is a way to get on search engines bad side.

Doorways. This is similar to cloaking pages. The common practice of a page loaded with choice keyword ads aimed at redirecting visitors to another “user-friendly” page is a big issue among search engines. There are many seo firms offering this kind of services. Now that you know what they actually are, try to avoid them at all costs.

Multiple domains having the same content. In case you are not aware of it, search engines look at domains IP’s, registry dates and many others. Having multiple domains having the same exact content is not something you can hide from them. The same goes with content multiplied many times on separate pages, sub domains and forwarding multiple domains to the same content.

A lot of the above techniques apply to most search engines and is not entirely Google-centric. By having a mind set that you are building your Adsense together with your pages for the human users and not for bots, you can be assured of the great things for your ads and sites.

Not to mention avoiding the wrath of the search engines and getting your Adsense and site account terminated altogether.

Wordlfood is what you would call an “article spinner” for private lable articles or articles that you’ve written yourself, and although it’s dirt cheap as far as most article spinning software is concerened, it is in fact priceless. It does not have a glamourus or glitzy interface, and it appears that it has pretty much flown under the radar because I don’t hear it mentioned everytime I turn around but damned if it isn’t just plain cool no matter what you pay for it.

Are their other applications out there that do the same thing as Wordflood? Oh hell yes! Are they as good? Well, some are and some aren’t. Most certainly there are no other article spinners out there that I’ve found that are as inexpensive as Wordflood is that work as good as Wordflood does.

So, is there an alternative to Google Annihilation? Yes, there are a few but most of them are what’s known as “link farms” and have been around long enough for Google and other search engines to figure out what they are, then proceed not to give them much credit in your favor. However, there is one alternative that may not be quite as “powerful” as Google Annihilation  (at least the claims aren’t nearly as “bold”) and that’s 3waylinks. 3waylinks is operated by Jon Leger, and I gotta say that Jon is a fairly upstanding guy. I’ve purchased several products that Jon has put out, and his stuff is usually top quality, 3waylinks included.

I guess I should qualify my statement about 3waylinks claims not being as bold as those of Google Annihiliation. Basically it comes down to dollars and “hits”. Jon Leger is much more modest about the hits and the time-frame you will get them in, and Rob Benwell is much bolder. However, it should be known that both of them are Internet Millionaires but one may not be as aggressive as the other…Just sayin’. I can only speak from experience that I’ve never had a problem with Jon’s programs, server driven or not, and I’ve used his stuff for quite awhile now. Let me just say one thing – This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve had a less than favorable experience with a recent Internet marketing purchase (the other being the Affiliate X Factor, and that has since been resolved), and it kinda makes me wonder where the quality has gone!

At any rate, I’ve ranted long enough, and I’m sure (I hope) that when I log on to Google Annihilation again tomorrow I will be able to “get” all of my pages and I’ll be doing well with my stats but I just thought I’d vent here a little bit. Whatever the outcome I will keep you posted as to the progress I’m making, and the success I’m having with Google Annihilation. There are many horror stories about affiliate programs and networks. People have heard them over and over again, so much so that some are even wary of becoming an affiliate. The stories they may have heard are probably those related to illegal programs or pyramid schemes. Basically, this kind of market does not have real, worthy product, or real worthly people running it.

You do not want to be associated with these schemes. It is obvious you want to be with a program that offers high quality product that you will readily endorse. The growing number of those who have joined already and are succeeding immensely is proof enough that there are reliable and quality affiliate programs out there.

Why participate in an affiliate program?

Affiliate programs allow you to work part-time if you want to. They give you the opportunity to build a generous residual income, and it makes you an owner of a small business. Affiliate programs have already created lots of millionaires. They are the living testimony of how hard work; continuous prospecting, motivating and training others pay off.

If ever you are deciding to join one, you must take note that you are getting into something that you are capable of succeeding at. When you make your first sale (and you will), you’ll know that and you will get a little excited…I promise.

How do you choose a good affiliate program to promote? Here are some tips you may want to review before choosing one:

1. A program that you like and have interest in. One of the best ways of knowing if a given program is something you wish to promote is if you are interested in purchasing the product yourself. If that is the case, chances are, there are many others who are also interested in the same program and products.

2. Look for a program that is of high quality. For instance, look for one that is associated with many experts in that particular industry. This way, you are assured that of the standard of the program you will be joining into.

3. Join in the ones that offer real and viable products. How do you know this? Do some initial research. If possible, track down some of the members and customers to give you testimonial on the credibility of the program.

4. The program that is catering to a growing target market. This will ensure you that there will be more and continuous demands for your referrals. Make inquiries. There are forums and discussions you can participate in to get good and reliable feedbacks.

5. A program with a compensation plan that pays out a residual income and a payout of 30% or more would be a great choice. There are some programs offering this kind of compensation. Look closely for one. Do not waste your time with programs that do not reward substantially for your efforts.

6. Be aware of the minimum quotas that you must fulfill or sales target that is too hard to achieve. Some affiliate programs impose pre-requisites before you get your commissions. Just be sure that you are capable of attaining their requirements.

7. Select one that has plenty of tools and resources that can help you grow the business in the shortest possible time. Not all affiliate programs have these capacities. Make use you decide on one with lots of helpful tools you can use.This is really important in the fact that is shows the  company wants their affiliates to make money.

8. Check out if the program has a proven system that can allow you to check your networks and compensation. Also check if they have it available online for you to check anytime and anywhere.

9. The program that is offering strong incentives for members to renew their membership each time. The affiliate program that provides continuous help and upgrades for its products have the tendency to retain its members. These things can assure the growth of your networks.

10.  Be aware of the things that members are not happy about in a program. Like with the ones mentioned above, you can do your checking at discussion forums. If you know someone in that same program, there is ho harm asking if there are many downsides involved.

Have a thorough and intensive knowledge about the affiliate program and network you will be promoting on.Knowing the kind of program you are getting yourself into will make you anticipate and prevent any future problems you may encounter.

Here’s what you do – Go to the Analytics website, sign up, enter the domain name (you can track several of them) you want to track, grab the little snipet of JavaScript that it generates, then paste it into the webpages you want to track right before the </body> tag near the bottom of the webpage, and just like that you’re tracking that webpage. You can and should put it on all the pages within a site, and if you’re using WordPress (I recommend the Expert WordPress theme) you just paste it into the “footer” and it’s automatically put into every page for you.

Confused? Don’t be. Try a little experiment for me and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Look near the top of your web browser’s tool bar and you should see a row of words, one of them being “View”. Click on that and then click “Source” from the drop down list. When you do that Notepad should open up and you’ll see the code for this webpage. Scroll to the bottom until you see the following: </script></body>
</html>
Anything before that but after the final </div> tag is the code that Google Analytics generated, and  you (I) pasted into your (my) webpage. As I said before if you’re using WordPress you only have to paste the code once and to do that you just go to your Themes editor, navigate to the “Footer”, and paste it into that code right before the </body> tag near the bottom of the page/code.

Don’t let any of this stuff phase you. You can find free help at the Google Analytics site, Webmonkey.com, and if you’re running the WordPress blogging platform, then I strongly suggest you purchase Expert WordPress Gold (well worth the money) for the theme, and all of the instructional videos that come with it. In fact, there is a section in one of their videos that walks you through pasting your Google Analytics code into your WordPress Footer…Pretty cool huh?

This week I did it…I bought Wild SEO and now I’m gonna review it for you ’cause that’s why your here isn’t it? Okay, let’s begin. At first I was just going to pass on Wild SEO because I thought it was just too hyped, and too good to be true. As you’ll see by reading this review I was a little bit right and a little bit wrong. Read on, and you’ll see what the hell I’m babbling about.

Okay, first let’s talk about Wild SEO, its price and it’s contents. Oh, and please note that for some reason I keep wanting to call it SEO Wild so if you see that from here on out just know that it’s some sort of mental disorder on my part…The program/course itself is an Ebook in PDF format. It’s 46 pages at a cost of $49.00. It has 12 chapters, the first three of which are useful mostly to those of you who are new (newbies or noobs, as some people like call you) to internet marketing. It covers Search engine optimization (SEO), Getting your site indexed on the search engines, making your site “useful”, keywords, website hosting, content (good content is a must), directories, and linking.

What’s covered in SEO Wild is a little more extensive than what the hype was hinting about, and I’ve got to say the way it’s covered and the way written is a lot better than I thought it would be, just because I’ve seen so much crap since I’ve been at this. The information is up to date, at least for 2009 anyway and it’s organized well so what’s the rub you ask? Why do I say that “I was a little bit right and a little bit wrong” regarding Wild SEO being too good to be true? Hmm, well it’s not the SEO Wild (uh, I mean Wild SEO) PDF document that bothers me because honestly the information in the document is pretty substantial. 

No, it’s the upsell and it’s “bonuses” that I have a bit of a gripe with. By upsell I mean what they try to get you to buy after you make the intial purchase and what that includes. Some of what (but not all) “that” includes a bunch of websites that you get to be a member of, when in fact you can just go join them through Clickbank for free…Hmm I bought into the upsell any way (hint, after you’ve made your initial Wild SEO purchase and you get redirected to the upsell page, read through that page then hit your browser “back button” and then hit “cancel” when you see the popup spiel, BEFORE you make the SEO Wild upsell/upgrade purchase. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did), and  I’m kinda sorta glad I did. Why, well even though some of the “get free memberships to these websites because you bought Wild SEO” stuff is BS, the private label rights (PLR) you get to the added ebooks, articles, and software is a pretty damn good deal, especially if you’re lacking for content for your website or want products you can sell yourself.

On that note, I’m going to recommend SEO Wild, Wild SEO, or whatever you want to call it for the most part only if your new to internet marketing, and since you recently got laid off (that’s why you’re on this website isn’t it) that might just be you. I could probably recommend the product itself to an experienced internet marketer but they might not need the bonuses that come with the upsell like a “newbie” or “noob” would…To sum it all up, the Wild SEO PDF document is good, the price is right (if you follow my instructions), and some of the bonuses are good as long as you don’t buy the upgrade/upsell because of the extra “free” websites. Oh, and it’s also probably fairly obvious that I use too many commas and too many parens (parentheses) but that’s just the kind of Wild (SEO) guy I am!
