Sure, version 3 covers the  what the  previous versions of Blogging To The Bank did – Market research, keywords/keyphrases, domains and hosting, creating your blog, optimizing your blog, content, promotion, backlinks, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Web 2.0 strategies and outsourcing but it also has the “3 Big changes in big money blogging”, and the “5 blogging commandments for 2009″.
